Do you have less than two years of work experience?

If you have been unemployed or have not been employed by the same employer for the last two years, but have been in school or the military for two full years, you do not lose eligibility.

You must provide the provide the following information:

EMPLOYMENT HISTORY:

  • Two years of W-2s
  • VOE(s)
  • (Electronic verification is acceptable for FHA)

SCHOOL/MILITARY RECORDS:

  • College transcripts, or
  • Discharge papers
